What You’ll Do
Support Sales & Lead Generation
- Respond to digital and phone inquiries
- Prepare materials for tours and welcome prospective residents
- Provide tours across multiple levels of care (training provided)
- Enter and track prospect data in our CRM system
- Assist with reporting and follow-up communications
Contribute to Marketing Efforts
- Create engaging social media content
- Write and gather content for newsletters and email campaigns
- Assist with website updates
- Support seasonal campaigns and fundraising initiatives
Community Outreach & Events
- Help coordinate caregiver support group meetings
- Assist with volunteer program coordination
- Plan and support community events, outreach activities, and trade shows
- Represent The Glen in a professional and friendly manner
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Personable and confident interacting with families and community partners
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with or eager to learn CRM systems, WordPress, social media tools, and email marketing platforms
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred — but equivalent experience will be considered
- 1+ year of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Healthcare or senior living experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in an active, high-traffic environment
- Frequent standing, walking, bending
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 90 lbs
