Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. This role supports attorneys in delivering high-quality legal services through document preparation, legal  research, and professional client communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of legal procedures and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafts routine legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests and responses, contracts, and correspondence
  • Assists with discovery processes, including the collection, review, organization, and production of large volumes of documents
  • Conducts legal research and analyzes statutes, regulations, and other legal sources 
  • Serves as a point-of-contact for clients, managing routine updates and responding to information requests
  • Maintains and organizes physical and electronic files and records
  • Tracks and enters billable time on a daily basis
  • Provides general administrative and case support as needed  

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, research methods, and document formatting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat (PDFs)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize incoming work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and reliability
  • Passing of background check

Preferred Skills:

  • Paralegal Certification or Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or similar legal support role
  • Familiarity with e-filing systems 
  • Experience supporting multiple attorneys 

Work Model:

  • On-Site Monday through Friday (there is no remote or work from home ability)
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Hours between 7:30am to 5:00pm (‘choose your own’ 7.50 hour work-day)
