Management Trainee Program - Multiple Locations

Program Overview
This 9–12 month rotational program is designed to give you hands-on experience across all areas of our business. You’ll learn by doing—working alongside experienced leaders while building the skills needed to run a branch.
West region opportunities available in:
California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming
What You’ll Do
- Gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, sales, and customer service
- Learn how to manage inventory, logistics, and daily branch operations
- Build foundational knowledge in finance, safety, and supply chain
- Partner with leaders and mentors to develop leadership skills
- Rotate between two branch locations during training

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or graduating within 2 semesters)
Preferred majors: Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Distribution, Construction Management, or related fields - OR 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to relocate within the U.S.
Compensation
- $25.50/hour (standardized base pay)
