Windows On The River is currently hiring for a Banquet Server. 

Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Servers to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional service to our guests during special events such as weddings, corporate functions, fundraisers and private parties. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating 
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner 
• Assist in the setting up and breakdown of banquet events, including arranging tables, chairs and linens 
• Ensure that all guest needs are met promptly, including refilling drinks and responding to requests 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the banquet area during events 
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service 
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring that food is handled and served properly 
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as required 
• Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guest needs and ensuring a positive dining experience 

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in banquet service or food and beverage service is preferred 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays 
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards 
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs 
• Ability to stand for 8hrs during shift
