As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as the vital link between generous donors and impactful non-profit missions. You’ll handle inbound calls, share inspiring success stories, and securely process donations — all with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls from potential and existing donors
  • Share compelling stories that inspire giving
  • Process donations securely and accurately
  • Deliver a high-quality, empathetic customer experience
  • Maintain professionalism and compliance at all times

✅ What You Need

🎓 Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous call center or high-touch customer service experience

🧠 Skills:

  • Strong empathy and active listening
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

💻 Tech Requirements:

  • Windows 11 PC
  • Professional USB headset
  • Reliable wired internet connection

🏠 Work Environment:

  • Quiet, dedicated, and professional workspace
