Oak Tree Learning Center is looking for high-energy, reliable On-Call Support Teachers for our premier Los Angeles location on Slauson Ave. This is a substitute-style role designed for educators who need a schedule that actually fits their life. Whether you are a student, a freelancer, or just looking for extra income, we give you the freedom to choose your availability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be the Hero: Step into classrooms to provide high-quality care and instruction when regular staff are out.
  • Engage & Inspire: Lead activities, support classroom routines, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for every child.
  • Collaborate: Work alongside our Lead Teachers to maintain the "Oak Tree Standard" of excellence.
  • Follow the Standard: Ensure all health, safety, and Title 22 regulations are met with precision.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • The Credentials: 12+ ECE units preferred (or a Child Development Permit).
  • The Vibe: A positive, "can-do" attitude and a passion for early childhood education.
  • The Reliability: When you say you're available, we count on you to show up for our kids.
  • The Experience: Prior experience in a licensed childcare setting is a major plus.
  • Safety First: Must be able to pass all required background checks and health screenings.
