Sales Representative and Lead Generation Intern
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Level: Sophomore or Junior preferred (Long-term growth potential)
Hours: 10-15 hours per week
The Mission
Triniti IT Security is searching for students studying business, computer science, or other related degrees. You won’t just be making calls, you will be the face of the company at industry events, facilitating high-level consultations, and helping small businesses protect their most valuable assets.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation: Attend 2 events per week in the metro-Atlanta area.
- The Sales Lifecycle: Move leads through the full sales process, from initial contact to scheduling and facilitating consultations.
- CRM Management: Maintain 100% accuracy in our sales database to ensure no lead is left behind.
- Monthly Requirements (after 3 months): To maintain your role and qualify for bonuses, you will be expected to achieve:
- Revenue Target: $5,000–$10,000 in gross monthly sales.
- Activity Target: Facilitate 20 qualified consultations per month.
- Event Presence: Represent Triniti IT at 2 pre-determined marketing events per week.
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $13 per hour.
- Commission: 20% of every sale you close.
