About the Opportunity
Future People Office interns may support projects across areas such as:
- HR Systems & HR Technology
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Analytics
- Compensation & Benefits
- Workforce Planning & Organizational Effectiveness
- Innovation initiatives, including AI and automation in HR
Assignments will vary based on business needs and role availability.
What You May Be Doing
Depending on the role, interns may:
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
- Support HR technology, reporting, or process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to projects focused on analytics, AI, and innovation
- Partner with team members to deliver insights and recommendations
What You Bring
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (all majors welcome)
- Graduating December 2026 through May 2027
- Interest in Human Resources, AI, innovation, and/or analytics
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
