THE ROLE
As a Brand Associate, you are an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for every customer. You connect authentically, listen actively, and deliver an experience that inspires confidence, builds loyalty, and drives sales. You are passionate about product, culture, and style, using your knowledge to educate, inform, and create solutions that meet each customer’s needs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Proactively engage with customers, showing genuine interest and offering product and styling recommendations.
• Offer expert styling guidance and transformational experiences tailored to the modern explorer
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and services to deepen brand connection.
• Support all areas of the store: sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized environment.
• Consistently treat all customers and team members with respect, contributing to a positive, inclusive culture.
• Take ownership of personal goals that align to store performance results.
