Anticipated Certified Physical/Health Education Teacher Grades K-12 - Full Time

Salary $39,265 and up step schedule based on experience per the FTA contract

Include cover letter, resume, transcripts, proof of certification, and three (3) letters of reference.

Must possess valid NYS teaching certificates in Physical Education K-12 and Health Certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid

Experience, knowledge, and background related to NYS learning standards

Experience and knowledge in adapted physical education

Desire and knowledge to balance students' social/emotional and academic/intellectual needs

Evidence of strong communication and interpersonal skills with parents, staff and students

Desire and ability to work collaboratively with an academic team including an interdisciplinary approach to lesson design

Knowledge and evidence of unit planning and lesson design

Willingness to be a coach or activity advisor

Other responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent
