Marketing Intern

Her Financial IQ is a financial education platform dedicated to simplifying the language of money for women. We are scaling our operations and seeking a high-energy, hardworking extrovert to join as a Marketing Intern. In this role, you will work with our global teams to handle the day-to-day tasks that keep our marketing and operations running smoothly.

​The Environment & Schedule

• ​Peapack Headquarters: This is an in-office position at our Peapack, NJ headquarters. We work hard and have fun doing it.
• ​Global Team Sync: Because of the time differences, you must be able to attend early morning virtual meetings from home before heading into the office.
• ​Flexible Daily Schedule: Outside of the required morning syncs, the daily schedule is flexible.

​Key Responsibilities 

• ​On-Site Content Capture: You will provide support during Founder Jessica Perrone’s show appearances, interviews, workshops, and events. Your job is to capture raw footage and photos and pass them off to our social media video editing team.
• ​CRM & Workflow Verification: Work with the CRM team to check workflows in GoHighLevel and HubSpot. You will be responsible for verifying that automations are triggering correctly and flagging any errors.
• ​Data Entry & Organization: Perform the manual data entry and organization required to keep the Prospect and Student databases clean. You will also help organize internal datasets for upcoming technology projects.
• ​Task Follow-up: Act as the "eyes on the ground" to verify that specific marketing campaigns are executing correctly.

• ​Extrovert / People Person: You have a bubbly, high-energy personality. You are comfortable being in the middle of the action at workshops and media sets.
• ​Hard Worker: You don’t wait to be told what to do twice. You are ready to jump in and help the team with whatever is needed to keep projects moving.
• ​Task-Oriented: You find satisfaction in data entry, checking off lists, and making sure files are organized.
• ​No Finance Experience Required: We will teach you the finance; we need your Creative Hat and Technical Aptitude.
• ​Reliability: You communicate and are disciplined enough to handle early morning virtual meetings.
