Full-time | Salary: $63,372 – $72,570 Annually

The Department of Homeless Services & Housing is seeking qualified candidates to fill emergency Accountant I vacancies related to the homelessness crisis.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform accounting tasks across the full cycle including transaction classification, trial balances, and period end adjustments
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and capital asset accounting activities
• Analyze and reconcile financial transactions, reports, and statements
• Support reporting, audits, and accounting system improvements

Minimum Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's degree or higher including 21 semester or 32 quarter units of accounting.
