Part-Time Campaign Manager

Post Title: Part‑Time Campaign Manager – Kris Williams for Iowa House (HD‑8)

Location: Hybrid (Fort Dodge + remote)
Hours: 10-15hrs/week, flexible (evenings/weekends okay)
Pay: $500–700/month (depending on experience)

About the Role:
We’re a grassroots, working‑class campaign running for Iowa House District 8 (Fort Dodge & rural Webster County). No corporate PAC money. Just neighbors fighting for clean water, fully funded schools, and affordable healthcare.

I’m Kris Williams, the candidate. I just finished my degree and am now full‑time on the campaign. I need a part‑time manager to handle the day‑to‑day operations so I can focus on knocking doors and listening to voters.

What You’ll Do:

· Manage volunteer schedule and task assignments (30+ people)
· Coordinate phone/text banks using GetThru
· Help plan events (listening sessions, house parties, supply swaps)
· Maintain VoteBuilder and track outreach metrics
· Keep me on schedule and accountable

What You Bring:

· Highly organized, reliable, good with people
· Basic computer skills (Google Docs, email, social media)
· Access to a laptop and internet
· No political experience required – just common sense and a work ethic
· Bonus: live in or near Webster County
