Account Executive - Commercial Equipment Finance

What we do
TrueCore is a commercial equipment finance company. Businesses come to us when they need to finance skid steers, forklifts, trucks, and other heavy equipment. We're not a bank, we're not a big box lender - we're a small, fast-moving team that gets deals done.
What the job actually is
You'll be working inbound leads. No cold calling - we generate the pipeline, you work it. That means calling, texting, emailing, following up, asking the right questions, and walking customers through a financing process they've probably never done before.
First year OTE is $100K - and that's not a stretch goal. Our quota is set to be attainable. If you're meeting expectations, you should be landing somewhere between $90K-$100K. If you're consistently falling short of that, honestly, this probably isn't the right fit.
The base is under $40K. This role is built for people who want to earn, not people who want a salary to sit on.
What we need from you
- You have to have energy on the phone. This is a phone-heavy job. If you hate calling people, stop reading.
- You ask questions. Of us, of customers, of yourself. Curiosity matters here.
- You can handle "no" and come back the next day ready to go. Rejection is part of it.
- You show up ready to work, not to figure out if you want to work.
