R&D Intern

Job Description

  • Assist in the formulation, testing, and evaluation of new and existing chemical products
  • Conduct laboratory experiments, collect and analyze data, and prepare technical reports
  • Support product development projects focused on performance improvement, cost optimization, and sustainability
  • Participate in pilot trials, scale‑up activities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field (rising Junior or Senior)
  • Basic laboratory skills and experience handling chemicals
  • Working knowledge of laboratory safety guidelines and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and interpret data
  • Clear communication skills with a willingness to ask questions, share ideas, and collaborate.
  • Organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage tasks independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Interest in construction, manufacturing or sales is a plus.
