The role
We're growing our South Florida market and need a sharp, bilingual SDR who is ready to manage a set of AI agents, run a live pipeline, and convert warm leads into booked demos.

This is not a traditional cold-calling role. You will operate and direct Aloha's AI prospecting system — a set of agents that identifies, researches, and pre-qualifies leads on your behalf. Your job is to manage those agents, review their output, prioritize outreach, engage prospects, and get them scheduled for a demo.

You work like a strategist, not a dialer.

What you'll do
• Manage and direct AI prospecting agents — review lead output, set targeting priorities, and refine outreach sequences
• Engage AI-qualified leads in the South Florida travel market via phone, email, and direct outreach
• Handle objections, build rapport, and book product demos with your sales leader.
• Own your pipeline — keep CRM data sharp, accurate, and up to date
• Join us at our Weston office at least once a week for pipeline reviews, agent performance check-ins, and coaching
• Continuously improve how our AI tools perform based on real-world prospect feedback

What we're looking for
• Bilingual — flawless English and Spanish, non-negotiable
• Comfortable managing technology — you direct AI tools, not avoid them
• Background in travel, tourism, or hospitality is a strong plus
• High energy, self-driven, and genuinely great on the phone
• No prior sales experience required — hunger, coachability, and tech-savviness matter more

Compensation
• Base salary (W-2)
• Commission for every demo booked
• Additional commission based on the first 6 months of transaction volume from each client you bring in — the better the client, the bigger the reward
• Real earning potential for someone who shows up and executes
