Assistant Coordinator

We are a small, growing agency looking for a highly motivated assistant with an entrepreneurial mindset. This is a very low-volume remote role, perfect for someone studying business, accounting, or entrepreneurship who wants real hands-on experience building something.

 

What you will do:


- Manage inbox and client communication (1-2 times daily during CDT hours)
- Send outreach emails to potential clients using our templates and lists
- Coordinate client onboarding and project kickoffs
- Handle light operations like follow-ups, scheduling, and forwarding complex items to the founder
- Essentially, you'll be an extension of the founder - handling communication and coordination so she can focus on execution

Requirements:
- Studying or background in business, accounting, entrepreneurship, or related field
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you want to learn how to build, not just complete tasks
- Flawless written English (your grammar and tone must be professional and natural)
- Remote role, US-based preferred (CDT timezone or close)
- Professional, organized, self-starter

This role is experience-heavy. You'll get direct exposure to client coordination, outreach strategy, agency operations, and how we run the business. About 5-10 hours a week max.
