Sales Associate

Job description:

Looking for creative and fun personalities who have a passion for fashion and customer service. Supports the store leadership team by performing customer service activities, including selling, completing transactions, and back store operations. The brand representative embodies the ALDO Group's values of integrity, love, and respect.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maximize personal and store sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a "customer - obsessed" omnichannel experience.
• Adheres to all Loss Prevention code of conduct policies; ie, credit cards, discounts, returns, and exchanges procedures.
• Ensures the store is brand- aligned through flawless execution of visual and marketing standards
• Performs daily tasks assigned by the store's leadership team that are outlined in the company job description.

Qualifications:

• Able to bend, climb ladders, lift, and move up to 35 pounds
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Be able to work flexible hours
