Full Squad is a Gen Z male-focused media brand built around high-energy, culturally fluent content. We're one of the fastest-growing communities in digital entertainment, reaching millions of fans daily across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook, and Discord.

The Role

This is a full ownership role. You are the social team. You set the tone, build the content calendar, execute daily, and make real time calls on what goes up and when. No layers. No approvals chain. You have the autonomy to move as fast as the internet because we need someone who earns that trust and runs with it.

This is a creative first role. We're looking for someone who has a point of view, knows how to connect with people online, and can make content that feels like it came from a real person who gets the audience.

What You'll Own

  • Daily content creation and publishing across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook, and Discord
  • Building and maintaining a content calendar that keeps the brand consistent and always on
  • Writing social copy, identifying clips, building carousels, creating memes, and whatever else is needed to keep the feed alive and engaging
  • Community management across platforms, including Discord, where the most invested fans live
  • Tracking performance and using those insights to improve, not just report
  • Collaborating with the creative and production teams to pull the best content from every episode

Who We're Looking For

Cultural fluency comes first. You have to genuinely understand what's on the mind of the Gen Z male, what makes him comment, what makes him share something with his friends.

Beyond that, we're looking for:

  • Creativity that shows up every day
  • The organizational discipline to juggle multiple platforms
  • Comfort with analytics tools and a habit of actually applying what you find
  • 2+ years of social media experience, preferably in entertainment, gaming, or digital media
  • A track record of growing channels, not just maintaining them

This is not a management role. You will not be directing a team or delegating execution. You are the executor. You will have real creative ownership over a brand that reaches millions of people, and you'll see the direct impact of your work every single day.
