Behavioral Health Clinician

Catapult Wellness LLC is seeking a motivated and reliable Behavioral Health / Skills Provider to support youth and adults in the Waukesha County! We are especially seeking male providers to meet the needs of clients who benefit from strong mentorship, structure, and positive male engagement.

This is a part-time, flexible opportunity ideal for individuals pursuing careers in social work, psychology, counseling, education, or human services.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Provide community-based support to clients (home, community, outings)
• Assist with:
  • Daily living skills
  • Emotional regulation
  • Social and communication skills
  • Goal setting and independence
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients
• Document sessions and progress (training provided)
• Collaborate with the care team when needed

🔹 Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check
• Willingness to travel locally

Education / Certification Requirement:

• Must have at minimum one of the following:
  • Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPS)
  • Behavioral Health Technician / DSP experience
  • OR currently pursuing a degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
• Maximum qualification:
  • This role is intended for both non-licensed and licensed providers or those with an Associates, Bachelor’s or Master’s level education
  • Fully licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) can also apply for our CCS Behavioral Health Clinician roles

Experience:

• Experience in mental health, youth work, caregiving, or community-based services preferred
• Experience is a plus, but not required

• $20–$35/hour (based on role and experience)
