BloomStay Collection partners with property owners to transform homes into high-performing, fully furnished short-term and corporate rental properties. We specialize in creating thoughtfully designed spaces that attract premium tenants such as traveling professionals, insurance clients, and corporate stays.
We are seeking a Design & Operations Coordinator Intern who has a passion for interior styling, organization, and real estate. This role blends light design work with hands-on operational coordination, giving you exposure to how properties are set up, launched, and maintained for success.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our properties are beautifully presented, guest-ready, and consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Setup Support
- Assist with furnishing and styling rental properties based on BloomStay design standards
- Help source décor, furniture, and essentials within budget
- Support on-site setup and finishing touches for new listings
Vendor & Relationship Management
- Coordinate with cleaning teams, maintenance vendors, and delivery services
- Schedule services and ensure timelines are met for property readiness
- Maintain positive relationships with local service providers
Turnover & Property Readiness
- Help oversee cleaning and turnover processes between tenants
- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure properties meet BloomStay standards
- Identify and report any maintenance or restocking needs
Operational Support
- Assist with inventory tracking (linens, toiletries, supplies)
- Support process improvements for smoother property operations

Bonus Skills (desirable, but not required)
- Experience with Airbnb or short-term rentals
- Basic design eye or familiarity with staging
- Vendor coordination or project management experience
