Social Media & Client Experience Intern
Ariventures Consulting | Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
Ariventures is a travel advisory firm that designs and manages high-touch, multi-city international trips for busy professionals. We do not just plan trips. We make the decisions so our clients do not have to.
We are looking for a graduate-level intern who can support both content creation and client experience delivery. This is not a passive role. You will be expected to think, write clearly, and execute with minimal handholding.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Content (Primary Focus)
- Turn real client scenarios into clear, engaging content
- Draft Instagram captions, short-form video concepts, and blog-style content
- Support content that drives inquiries, not just engagement
- Help refine messaging so prospects immediately understand what Ariventures does
Client Experience (Secondary Focus)
- Support travel planning from research to execution
- Draft itinerary outlines and assist with destination research
- Assist with vendor outreach (hotels, experiences, transportation)
- Take call notes and translate them into clear next steps
- Anticipate client needs and flag gaps before they become issues
What We Are Looking For
- Current graduate student (or recent graduate) in:
- Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, International Relations, or similar
- Strong writer who can communicate clearly and directly
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to think ahead and problem-solve without constant direction
- Interest in travel, global experiences, or service-based businesses
What Will Set You Apart
- You have traveled internationally or understand global travel behavior
- You can take a vague idea and turn it into something structured
- You ask thoughtful questions instead of waiting for instructions
- You understand the difference between content that looks good and content that converts
Program Details
- Compensation: $1,000 per semester
- Academic Credit: Eligible for class credit (student responsible for coordinating with their institution)
- Commitment: Minimum 1-year commitment required
- Schedule: 10–15 hours per week (flexible based on academic schedule)
- Location: Remote
- Travel: Light travel may be required; valid passport is required
- Growth Opportunity: High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time role
How to Apply
Please submit:
- Your resume
- A brief Cover letters that includes (max 200 words):
- “How would you explain what Ariventures does to someone in two sentences?”
Final Note
This role is for someone who wants real experience building and operating a business, not just completing tasks. If you need constant direction, this will not be the right fit.
