Floor Operator

The Floor Operator supports production of high-reliability cable assemblies and wire harnesses for aerospace and defense applications. This role works directly on the shop floor performing wire processing, assembly, and quality-focused tasks under the direction of the Operations Manager to ensure products are built accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with specifications.
