We are seeking a driven and AI-savvy Sales Development Representative Intern to join our growing team immediately. This is not a future-semester role—we need someone ready to contribute now. You will play a key role in growing Chat.co's client base by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and supporting the full sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective clients across target verticals (healthcare, education, legal, faith-based organizations, and SMBs)
  • Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone using AI-assisted tools
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls with decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity logs in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach messaging with brand positioning
  • Assist in drafting sales collateral, demo scripts, and follow-up sequences
  • Provide feedback on prospect pain points to inform product and messaging improvements
  • Represent Chat.co professionally across digital channels and networking events

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) and ability to integrate them into daily workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional tone
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of ownership and accountability in a remote setting
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving priorities
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
  • Prior sales, business development, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
  • Genuine interest in AI, SaaS, and enterprise technology
