Enchanted Childcare is a character babysitting service bringing the magic of beloved princess characters directly to families in the Orlando and Tampa areas. We pair kids with sitters who don't just watch them. They play with them, engage their imaginations, and make every visit feel like a royal adventure.
We're looking for energetic, creative, and dependable people to join our team as independent contractor Princess Babysitters. This is a flexible, per-booking role. You set your availability and take the bookings that work for you.
What you'll do:
- Arrive in princess costume and stay in character throughout your visit
- Engage children through imaginative play, storytelling, games, and activities fit for royalty
- Ensure children's safety and wellbeing at all times
- Communicate professionally with parents before and after each booking
- Represent Enchanted Childcare with a high standard of warmth and reliability
What we're looking for:
- Experience working with children (babysitting, childcare, teaching, camp, theater, etc.)
- Comfort performing or embodying a princess character in costume
- Reliable transportation in the Orlando or Tampa area
- Strong communication and a genuine love for working with kids
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus but not required
Compensation: Contractors earn $30+/hr depending on booking type, with standard 3-hour bookings paying $90-$120. Scheduling is flexible. You choose when you're available.
