Registered Behavior Technician

Applied Behavior Learning Center is an ABA Therapy center for children with a unique comprehensive and collaborative methodology, that is extremely progressive, unlike the traditional ABA methods. We target the reduction of maladaptive behaviors in combination with teaching appropriate replacement behaviors and increasing self-regulation skills. Equally emphasized in our treatment is the development and expansion of language and functional communication. We are data driven, yet natural and very child focused. With our innovative, personalized, and analytical approach, we feel that we can provide children with the best treatment to help reach their full potential. 

Role Description 
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst at Applied Behavior Learning Center in South Charleston, WV.  The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, communicating with parents regarding progress,  implementing behavior management techniques, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment 
• A degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field is preferred but not required
