Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide top-notch service while identifying their needs
• Recommend AT&T wireless products, plans, and services that best match customer needs
• Meet or exceed sales targets in a goal-oriented environment
• Stay informed about the latest AT&T technology and promotions
• Contribute to a positive, team-driven store culture

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
