Process Engineer
Atech Turbine Components is a recognized leader in the repair and overhaul of components for turbine engines. We are seeking motivated candidates for this position which involves developing new repair schemes, processes improvements, and technology into our internal capabilities.
The ideal candidate has experience in customer and supplier communications, good attention to detail, and experience working in a manufacturing setting.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to overcome technical challenges.
- Interpret technical requirements to identify risk, capability, and complexity.
- Maintain project timelines and coordinate R&D activities within a production environment.
- Utilize CAD software and GD&T principles to create drawings and design tooling.
- Apply lean manufacturing techniques to reduce cost and cycle time.
- Follow Atech’s FAA and AS9110 Quality System.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (aerospace, industrial, mechanical, manufacturing) and 2 or more years' experience in a manufacturing operations environment.
- Must be self-motivated and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Proficiency using 3D CAD software.
