Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Entry Level Brand Associate:

• Connect with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend the best connectivity solutions.
• Educate potential clients on product features, service plans, and current promotions to help them secure the best deal.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering solutions tailored to individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with Entry Level Brand Associate team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Stay up to date on the latest Lumen products and sales techniques through ongoing Entry Level Brand Associate training.
• Track customer interactions and sales in CRM tools to ensure accurate records and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting telecom products and services while building customer brand loyalty.

What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Brand Associate:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Confidence in engaging with customers and presenting product solutions.
