Responsibilities of the Junior Account Manager Include:
- Completing client business and sales strategy through direct introduction to customers in the community/region
- Determining the best course of action for potential customers during sales by consulting client guidelines and considering qualifications
- Ensure a positive perception of the client by providing brilliant customer service throughout every step of the sales process
- Training with management and members of the Junior Account Manager teams on required client operations and product knowledge
- Becoming familiar with the regional market to assist in future client campaign planning
- Attending and conducting team collaborations regarding sales, expectations, client goals, and successes

Basic Qualifications for Junior Account Manager:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in customer service, sales, retail, management, or marketing
- Ability to learn and master proper business protocol and strategy
- Reliable transportation
