Content Creator Intern

Location: Saugatuck / Douglas / West Michigan (local required)
Type: Part-time Paid Internship (with potential to grow)

This is a hands-on, creative role focused on capturing and creating content across our portfolio of homes.

You’ll be visiting properties, filming and photographing spaces, and turning that into engaging social media content that reflects our brand. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real-world experience building a brand, not just posting content.

What You’ll Do

• Visit properties in the Saugatuck/Douglas area to capture photo and video content
• Create short-form videos (Reels/TikTok-style) showcasing homes and experiences
• Capture design details, amenities, and unique features of each property
• Assist with posting and scheduling content across platforms (primarily Instagram)
• Organize and manage content (photos, videos, folders)
• Collaborate with our team on content ideas and creative direction

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in content creation, social media, or marketing
• Basic experience with:
  • Instagram / TikTok
  • iPhone or camera content creation
  • Video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
• Good eye for design, aesthetics, and detail
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Based locally and able to travel to properties
