Social Media Marketing Specialist
We aren't looking for a corporate "suit." We need a storyteller who isn’t afraid to get a little dust on their shoes. You will be responsible for capturing the grit and the beauty of the fabrication process and turning it into a high-end digital presence.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation: Head into the shop to capture photos/videos of active builds, welding sparks, and finished installs.
Social Media Management: Own our Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You’ll be the voice of the brand (leaning into our "cool shit" vibe while staying professional enough for architects).
Portfolio Building: Help us curate our project library and update our website with new, high-res work.
Engagement: Interact with the architecture and design community online to build our network.
Who You Are
Visual Storyteller: You have a "good eye." You know how to make a raw steel beam look like a piece of art.
Independent: You don’t need a manual. You can see a project happening in the shop and know exactly how to document it.
Authentic: You appreciate craftsmanship and can write copy that sounds like a real human, not a bot.
Local: You’re able to get to our shop in Gloucester City to see the work in person.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Photography, or Design.
Strong portfolio of social media content or photography.
Ability to work in a shop environment (it’s loud, it’s bright, and it’s awesome).
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or mobile editing apps (CapCut, Lightroom, etc.) is a plus.
