Le Chocolat des Iles is a premium chocolate company built from the source — selecting cacao beans for taste and producing true two-ingredient chocolate.

The product is ready. The supply chain is built.
Now we are going into the market — and your role is to generate sales.

This is a paid, field-based internship with commission tied directly to results, designed for individuals who want real-world experience and are motivated by performance.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Your primary responsibility is to generate sales and get the product onto store shelves.

  • Walk into specialty stores, markets, and retailers across NYC
  • Introduce and present the product to store managers
  • Secure initial orders and new store placements
  • Develop those placements into long-term accounts through follow-up and relationship building
  • Maintain and grow your accounts by encouraging repeat orders
  • Support in-store sampling when needed
  • Gather feedback from the market

👉 This is a hands-on, in-person role — not desk-based.

  • Repeat sales from accounts you develop

No prior sales experience required —
but you must be willing to take initiative and make things happen.

💰 Compensation

  • Base hourly pay
  • Commission on initial store placements
  • Additional commission on repeat orders from accounts you develop
