STEM Camp Assistant (Part-Time, Summer)
EcoRobotik Learning Center in Glendale, AZ provides hands-on STEM programs in robotics, coding, and problem-solving for students year-round. This role supports our 2026 summer camps for students ages 5–13, where you’ll help guide campers through project-based activities and creative challenges.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- 15–20 hours per week
- June 1 to July 31 (seasonal position), with paid training in May
Key Responsibilities
- Help lead STEM-based activities and projects for campers
- Support student engagement and participation
- Assist with managing small groups and maintaining a productive environment
- Provide assistance with materials setup, organization, and cleanup
Compensation
- $17–$19 per hour, depending on experience
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in camps, classrooms, or similar settings preferred
- Ability to keep students engaged, focused, and supported
- Positive, patient, and energetic attitude
- Strong communication and group management skills
- Interest in STEM and hands-on learning
- Ability to work with students of varying abilities and learning styles
- Reliable, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Must meet background check and fingerprint clearance requirements
