Description

Morsby, Gorman, McCarthy LLC is seeking a Project & Operations Analyst to support coordination, workflow management, and execution across Kenya-focused infrastructure and development initiatives.

This role is part of a Kenya-focused pilot initiative designed to support infrastructure strategy through structured research, analysis, and execution. The position plays a central role in ensuring projects remain organized, aligned, and delivered efficiently across multiple teams.

This role plays a central function in ensuring the successful execution and coordination of high-impact infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track deliverables, workflows, and timelines across active projects

Time Commitment

  • Academic term: ~5–15 hours per week

  • Duration: 8–12 weeks (May–August 2026, aligned with academic schedules; flexible start based on availability). High-performing participants may be invited to continue into subsequent terms.

Educational & Academic Credit Framework

This role is designed as a structured, educational experience intended to provide hands-on exposure to real-world projects. Participants will receive guidance, defined responsibilities, and mentorship throughout their involvement.

This position is intended to complement academic and professional development and does not replace the work of paid employees.

This role may be eligible for academic credit, depending on the candidate’s university requirements. Participants are responsible for coordinating with their institution to obtain approval where applicable.

Supervision & Program Structure

Participants will work under the guidance of a designated supervisor and within a structured team environment. Responsibilities, expectations, and workflows will be clearly defined to ensure a consistent and organized experience.

Participants will receive periodic feedback and guidance throughout the program to support skill development and performance improvement.
