We’re looking for a Social Media Manager for Peel Soft Serve: someone who can step into our shops, capture content in real time, and bring our brand to life across Instagram and TikTok. This role goes beyond posting: we’re looking for a creative partner who can develop a cohesive strategy and translate our voice into engaging, on-brand content.

Responsibilities include:

  • Filming in-store content that feels fresh, natural, and elevated
  • Editing for both Instagram and TikTok formats
  • Building and maintaining a strong, consistent brand voice
  • Creating content around our sustainability mission, weekly flavors, new drops, collaborations, and behind-the-scenes moments

Ideal candidate understands storytelling, trends, and how to make content that feels both intentional and organic.
