What You’ll Do
- Engage customers through direct, in-person interactions
- Present our products and services to engaged customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right options
- Open new customer accounts and manage the sales process through activation
- Build strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Track performance and sales activity using company systems
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Comfortable in a customer-facing sales environment
- Coachable with a strong work ethic
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, not required
