Position Overview:
Birch Agency is seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, in-person, school-based role located near Saint Paul, Minnesota. The SLP will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them succeed both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Support students with a variety of communication needs
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP preferred)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $50 to $60 per hour, based on experience
