ABOUT THE ROLE

C&A Digital is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and creatively curious Office Creative Assistant to join our White Plains team. This hybrid role blends front-desk presence and executive administrative support with hands-on contributions to social media, marketing, and creative projects. WORK SCHEDULE

In-Office (Tuesday–Thursday): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM at C&A Digital, White Plains, NY

Remote (Monday & Friday): Dedicated to social media management, content creation, and marketing initiatives

IN-OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES (TUESDAY–THURSDAY)

Primary — Executive & Administrative Support

  • Serve as the face of C&A Digital at the front desk, greeting clients, vendors, and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO and leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence
  • Manage office supplies, mail, deliveries, and general office organization
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Secondary — Creative & Client Support

  • Assist the copy and design teams with entry-level creative tasks such as light graphic edits, asset organization, and content formatting
  • Support the client experience team with basic administrative and coordination tasks
  • Help maintain organized file structures and project assets across teams

REMOTE RESPONSIBILITIES (MONDAY & FRIDAY)

Primary — Social Media & Marketing

  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content across company platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Draft engaging captions, source or create visual assets, and maintain a consistent brand voice
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and track engagement metrics
  • Support broader marketing initiatives including email campaigns, blog content, and promotional materials
  • Research industry trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency with design and creative tools: Figma, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Google Docs/Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and content scheduling tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a client-facing role
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently on remote days
  • A genuine interest in creative services, digital marketing, or agency work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Prior internship or entry-level experience in an agency, marketing, or creative environment
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot)
