Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled AI Developer specializing in machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) to create intelligent interactive features for our online training platform. You will develop AI-driven functionalities enabling users to engage in a conversational manner, inquire about course material, and receive real-time assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain AI-driven interactive functionalities that support user queries, course navigation, and website interaction.
  • Build NLP-driven conversational agents or chatbots that enhance user engagement and assist with site navigation and course content queries.
  • Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with the existing web and mobile platforms.
  • Maintain and optimize machine learning models, ensuring efficient response and user satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure robust and scalable implementation of AI features.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in AI and ML development, particularly in NLP applications.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP libraries (NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face).
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with web technologies, using APIs and microservices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for user-centric AI solutions
