We are currently recruiting for an Entry-Level HR Administrator to join us in our growing Tampa office. In this role you will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations supporting our Americas HR Team, this includes US, Brazil, & Canada. This role will be working on a hybrid basis of 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
What will you be doing?
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting new hires
Respond to routine employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll
Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters and reports
Provide general administrative support to the HR team (filing, scanning, data entry, etc.)
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree (can be in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Eagerness to learn and develop within the HR function
Previous administrative or HR internship experience is desirable but not required
