As an Advertising Intern at OmniFlex LLC, you will step into a creative-meets-analytical role where you help develop, place, and optimize advertising campaigns that put a fitness-tech brand in front of the right people at the right time. This is hands-on experience with real ad budgets, real platforms, and real performance data.
Role Overview
This internship goes well beyond ad mockups. You will work directly with leadership to develop advertising strategies across digital and social channels, coordinate media placements on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, and use performance data to recommend optimizations. This role is ideal for students looking to build a career in Advertising, Media Planning, or Performance Marketing.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Ad Strategy & Creative Development: Assist in developing advertising strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels that align with OmniFlex's brand identity. Conceptualize and draft ad copy, visual concepts, and creative briefs targeting health-conscious audiences.
- Media Planning & Placement: Research and recommend media channels and placements to maximize reach and return on ad spend. Assist in coordinating ad placements across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic networks.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor ad campaign performance and compile data-driven reports on impressions, click-through rates, and conversions. Propose optimizations based on A/B testing results and audience engagement trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure advertising initiatives are consistent with overall brand strategy.

Qualifications & Skills
- Majors: Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to conceptualize compelling ad concepts and translate strategy into creative briefs.
- Analytical Skills: Comfort interpreting ad performance data and making optimization recommendations.
- Communication: Strong written skills for developing ad copy and campaign documentation.
- Software: Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or Canva is a plus but not required.
