Girls Club: Sessions are active and engaging with movement based activities, games, and hands on exercises right in the classroom. Girls will explore meaningful topics like goal setting, self care, positive communication, and teamwork.
A core focus of this program is helping girls understand their identity, value, and how to respect themselves and others.
