Campaign Coordinator
We are seeking a Campaign Coordinator / Finance Deputy for a statewide campaign. This role combines campaign coordination with fundraising operations, and is central to growing our donor base, managing events, and supporting day-to-day campaign needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, energetic, and eager to take on increasing responsibility, with the opportunity to grow into a Deputy Campaign Manager role as the campaign scales.
Responsibilities
• Manage and staff in-person and virtual candidate call time
• Coordinate and staff fundraising events and donor meetings
• Serve as a primary travel aide and staff the candidate at public events, meetings, and appearances statewide
• Conduct donor research to identify and cultivate prospective donors
• Track fundraising progress, call time metrics, and event outcomes
• Assist with the creation of fundraising and campaign materials
• Work in conjunction with fundraising consultants and campaign leadership
• Coordinate campaign event logistics, including scheduling, venues, and staffing
• Assist with other campaign-related activities as needed
Qualifications
• Demonstrated interest in political campaigns or civic engagement
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Basic understanding of budgeting and cash flow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Basic proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Located within commuting distance of central Wisconsin, between Marshfield and Eau Claire
Compensation
Salary range: $4,000–$6,000 per month, dependent on experience. Additional benefits include a negotiable gas/mileage stipend and healthcare stipend.
