Client Support Associate

Piper Companies is hiring for a Client Support Associate with a Life Insurance and Annuities company located in RTP, NC. The Client Support Associate will need to be positive, energetic and motivated to create and execute efficient processes in a timely manner. This is a great opportunity for an early career candidate to get their foot in the door within the Insurance and Finance world. The Client Support Associate will need to sit on site in RTP, NC 3 days per week.

Responsibilities of the Client Support Associate:

• Intake, review and sendoff of new applications that are received daily, ensure they are successfully transferred
• Ensure that nothing sits idle without attention for any span of time
• Maintain up to date knowledge of company annuity offerings
• Comply with HIPPA, Corporate Integrity, Diversity Principles and Compliance Program policies

Requirements of the Client Support Associate:

• Bachelors Degree is REQUIRED
• NC Life License (Up to 90 days to obtain)
• 1-3 years of experience in insurance or financial services is preferred, not required
• Strong positive communication skills, ability to work directly with customers of all personality types
• Results and detailed oriented personality

Compensation for the Client Support Associate:

• $23.00 per hour, Full time, 40 hours per week
