Leasing Consultant

Hiring the right individual to represent K&D and lease beautiful luxury apartments to prospective tenants. Scheduling appointments, touring the building, selling the product and the surrounding community, qualifying, generating all paperwork and coordinating move-in. Must have at least 1 year experience. Willing to train the right person for this opportunity. Any background in Sales and Customer Service industry is ideal! Competitive hourly wage rate plus Commissions!

Schedule:

Fulltime position: Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
