Responsibilities:
- Assist in researching industry trends and market needs related to payment integrity/services use cases
- Assist with preparing data-driven briefs, presentations, and analyses to facilitate effective and efficient decision-making
- Assist in analyzing customer feedback, conducting user testing, and refining solutions based on insights gathered
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and sales to gather requirements
- Assist in competitive analysis and benchmarking against industry standards
