What You'll Do

You operate as the CEO's extension - equal parts strategist, operator, builder, and fixer.

You make the CEO more efficient. You work in the background, coordinating across groups and stakeholders to ensure everyone is better prepared and moving faster. You are a connector - getting the information, documents, and deliverables needed to keep momentum

You're a founder-builder who ships. Translate vision into execution. Move seamlessly from strategy to implementation. You prioritize and get stuff done. You maintain macro and micro views of all projects through dashboards and analytics - tracking status stages from product to marketing, capturing "where we left last".

You ask the questions no one else asks. Challenge assumptions, identify gaps, drive better decisions. Notice what slips through the cracks and act on it.

You design systems that scale. Build AI-powered workflows operating independently across millions of transactions.

What You'll Learn

Founder shadowing. Shadow a serial entrepreneur through product builds, fundraising, board management, and pivots. See how a founder thinks: unfiltered, under pressure, in real time.

Strategic execution. Master translating strategy into execution across complexity. Develop executive communication and general management skills that typically take 15+ years, compressed into 2-3 years.

AI-first at scale. Design and deploy agentic AI systems serving massive search volume. Position yourself as an AI operator with experience most executives lack.

Experience (1-2 years preferred)

  • F-1 Students on OPT are welcome
  • Internships in startups, product management, or operations
  • Led complex initiatives with measurable impact across stakeholders
  • Product mindset: have built your own apps, products, agents, or production systems
  • Exceptional communicator who influences executives
  • Bonus: Founder experience, M&A, technical background
