Why Flagler County / Why Move Here?

1. Quality of Life & Location

Flagler County is located on the scenic northeast coast of Florida.

The largest city in the county is Palm Coast, offering a mix of coastal amenities, parks, and outdoor recreation.

Pleasant year‑round climate with mild winters and access to beaches makes it an attractive place to live.

2. Growing School District with Impact Opportunity

Flagler County Public Schools serves over 13,500 students across PK–12 grades (in 13 schools).

As the district navigates enrollment shifts and funding pressures (e.g., voucher impacts), there is scope to make meaningful contributions to student outcomes and program development.
