Job Description:
We are seeking a Collection Specialist with experience in bank collections (inbound & outbound calling). The role involves engaging with customers to resolve delinquent accounts, analyze root causes, and provide tailored payment solutions while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle high-volume inbound & outbound collection calls
Assess delinquency causes and develop effective resolution strategies
Negotiate payment plans and provide financial guidance
Maintain accurate records of interactions and account updates
Ensure compliance with collection laws and internal policies
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, Windows-based environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of customer-facing experience (collections, customer service, sales, etc.)
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
Good multitasking and critical thinking abilities
Basic computer proficiency (Windows environment)
High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of collections regulations
Strong analytical and business process understanding
